Emergency Hydro-Jetting for Commercial Restaurant Blockage

Grease is the silent killer of commercial kitchen plumbing. We received an emergency dispatch to a busy restaurant in Auburn where the kitchen floor drains had begun to back up, threatening to shut down their entire dinner service.

When grease cools, it solidifies and coats the inside of the pipes, eventually restricting the flow completely. Traditional snaking only punches a small hole through the grease, which quickly closes back up.

We brought in the hydro-jetter. Blasting water at thousands of PSI, we were able to completely scour the interior walls of the pipe, cutting through the solidified grease and flushing it out to the city main. The line was restored to full capacity, and the restaurant stayed open.
